Mail order is a business model which involves selling goods or services by circulating brochures or mail order catalogues of products to agents and potential customers.
Purchase orders are taken remotely by telephone, email, websites or post etc, and the goods or services are supplied direct to the customers (or in certain circumstances direct to a third party) through the means of mail or package delivery.
